I'm a problem-solver, strategic thinker, curious creative, and my favorite role for clients - supportive colleague (sometimes you already know what you need to do; you just need another professional to validate your judgment!). After 12 years with Estee Lauder, I started digital marketing in 2016 when I launched my first business, NeedQuest, entirely from scratch. NeedQuest is an online directory of resources for people with disabilities.

 

In 2018, NeedQuest branched out into live events and, by 2019, had produced five tri-state expos, with 3,000+ people in attendance and earning over $50,000 in revenue. Sadly, when Covid hit, we were forced to shutter the live events. However, the website remains a thriving resource for families.

 

As an entrepreneur, I had to learn web design and development, SEO, email marketing, graphic design, copywriting, social media, and online advertising. Seven years, two online businesses, 1,000 webinars, 500 marketing books, 250 podcasts, and dozens of clients later, I'm 100% confident I can help you with every aspect of digital marketing for your small business.
